We process the data you provide when booking a consultation through the calendar (name, email and, where applicable, phone number and any information you include in your message), when you email us or when you call us. Browsing the website does not require registration, and we do not collect additional personal data for tracking or profiling purposes.

We use your data to handle your enquiries, manage the consultation you request and, where applicable, prepare and perform the contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). If you give us your consent for any additional use, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We keep your data for as long as your enquiry or the professional relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods needed to address potential legal liabilities. Once no longer necessary, data is deleted or anonymised.

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors, such as Cal.com (booking management) and our web hosting provider. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@uthopiq.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
